Atlantis is known for being a gourmet destination, so it is no wonder we are bringing some of our most celebrated luminaries, Nobu Matsuhisa and Giorgio Locatelli to this year’s Taste of Dubai. We are also showcasing our memorable flavours at the popular gourmet festival. What better way to try some of your favourite dishes, watch live cooking demonstrations and participate in cooking classes with our leading Chefs and mingle with fellow food lovers.
For those foodies new to Atlantis’ tasty offerings, we have put together a showcase for you to devour.
If that’s not tantalising enough, Chef Giorgio Locatelli, of our award winning Ronda Locatelli restaurant, will be showcasing his talent and expertise, along with Chef de Cuisine Alessandro Bottazi, at the Philips Chef’s Theatre and Miele Cookery School during the Taste of Dubai. Visitors can catch them on stage at 4.20pm and 7.40pm on Thursday, 15 March plus 4.40pm on Friday, 16 March.
Also on Friday, 16 March, steak lovers can experience a late night cooking class at 10pm with Chef Joe Hlusko of our award-winning steakhouse Seafire Steakhouse and Bar.
On Saturday, 17 March don’t miss the opportunity to meet Chef Nobuyuki Matsuhisa, legendary proprietor of Nobu. Nobu will be meeting fans and signing copies of his book, available for purchase. Nobu will be serving their signature Black Cod Yuzu Miso, Sashimi tacos and Mochi ice cream, among others. Also on Saturday, Chef Vincent Lee of Saffron, will be showcasing wasabi prawns in the Chef’s Theatre at 1.20pm.
