Our incredible food offerings available at Atlantis, The Palm continue to set the standard in Dubai as we nabbed two prestigious honours – “Pastry Chef of the Year” for Chef Philippe Agnese and the “Highly Commendable Restaurant Team” accolade for the staff at Saffron – during the Fifth Annual Caterer Middle East awards.

We are proud to provide our guests and visitors over 20 restaurants, bars and lounges to suit every taste – from fresh, delectable seafood, innovative sushi, quick bites, to culinary offerings from the region and around the world.
At Saffron, an open air kitchen, 20 live chef stations and authentic Asian influence (shown with a staff of over 90 chefs from Singapore, China, India and Malaysia) are signature characteristics of the family-friendly restaurant.
In addition to the international buffet, guests favourites include wok prepared meals and noodles, sushi and sashimi, steamed and poached dishes reminiscent of the street vendors in Singapore, fresh baked breads from around the world, as well as tempting desserts. Open for breakfast and dinner Monday-Sunday, Saffron also boasts one of Dubai’s most popular Friday brunches.
From decadent chocolate desserts to over-the-top 3D cakes shaped into unbelievable figures, Chef Phillipe Agnese and the pastry team at Atlantis, The Palm are constantly blowing away guests with their fanciful creations.
