Friday Brunch in Dubai is a rite of passage once you enter the city. And the brunches at Atlantis, The Palm? Amazing!

Each week we offer three indulgent brunches at iconic celebrity restaurant Nobu, New York-style steakhouse Seafire, and Saffron, the brunch that was awarded What’s On magazine’s pick for Best Brunch 2012.

Atlantis, The Palm serves as the perfect venue for the first outpost of Nobu in the Middle East, the famed restaurant that world-renowned chef Nobu Matsuhisa created to redefine Japanese cuisine.  Nobu Atlantis blazes a new trail for the acclaimed chef, infusing his cutting-edge Japanese style with South American influences to create a distinctly urban experience. Every Friday from 12.00pm – 3.00pm, the entire family is welcomed for the Nobu High Brunch like no other, filled with specialties created with fresh seafood, beef and vegetables, whilst the enthralling dessert counter will captivate those with a sweet tooth. Brunch costs AED 395 per person, including non-alcoholic beverages or AED 595 including unlimited house beverages and champagne, and AED210 for children aged four – eleven.

Seafire Steakhouse and Bar is a modern steakhouse and bar boasting an exceptional butchery, an open theatrical kitchen and a walk-in wine cellar with more than 4,000 bottles. An extensive menu features Seafire’s own brand of “Certified Atlantis” cattle from Australia, and Seafire’s wine cellar offers a vast selection of different varietals and top labels from around the world. Every Friday, Seafire impresses with a culinary demonstration of countless dishes, inspired by the freshest handpicked ingredients at the Seafire Friday Brunch for AED435 per person including selected beverages. Brunch offers the finest cuts of Atlantis beef, the freshest seafood, a vast selection of starters, artisan breads and a dessert station with the sweetest temptations. All this is complemented beautifully with champagne, fine wines, classic cocktails and a live band playing everyone’s favourites, making it a truly indulgent brunch experience.

Want to party like a rockstar? With over 220 different dishes to choose from, this Asian-themed party brunch at Saffron is one of Dubai’s tastiest offerings, also boasting plenty of fantastic drink stations and an incredible magician. This award-winning brunch features 20 live cooking stations which means preparation of every meal is a culinary performance. Saffron offers a variety of international cuisines focusing on the freshest ingredients, with an accent on Asian specialities.  This includes wok prepared favourites and noodles, sushi and sashimi, steamed and poached dishes reminiscent of the street vendors in Singapore, fresh baked breads from around the world, as well as tempting desserts.  Saffron also offers a spacious and welcoming terrace over-looking the Zero Entry Pool. Saffron Brunch is offered at a price of AED495 per person (including selected alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, age policy: 21 years and above only) every Friday from 12.30pm – 4pm.
