In celebration of Chinese New Year, Chef David Pang of our award winning Chinese restaurant YUAN was invited to host a live cooking demo at Bloomingdales, Dubai Mall.

Demonstrating how to bring the taste of the Far East into the home, Chef David led a tantalising cooking demonstration teaching budding chefs how to balance the flavour profile of the Asian classic, Sweet and Sour Chicken accompanied by a piquante Szechuan-style Vegetable Salad, taught by the master himself.
