Yoga at The Lost Chambers

Every Tuesday and Friday morning, the Lost Chambers Aquarium hosts an hour of revitalising Hatha Yoga. Spaces are limited and in high demand, so it’s best to book your spot in advance to avoid disappointment.

Yoga can be a powerful activity, both for exercise and fitness as well as for spiritual expression. Whether you simply want firmer, more toned muscles or want to find inner peace and holistic well-being, a yoga session in the majestic Lost Chambers Aquarium is something you’ll remember forever. Each class is only AED120 per person, with yoga mats and bottled water provided for you. Classes are between 8:00am and 9:00am every Tuesday and Friday morning (arrive earlier to reserve your place). Spaces are limited so it is recommended to make the booking in advance.

Guests and day visitors of any and all skill levels, body shapes and fitness levels are welcome to attend yoga classes at Atlantis, The Palm.
