The World of Nobu destination brunch brings together a selection of signature dishes from 14 Nobu restaurants from around the globe, to transport diners to a world of exclusive gastronomic adventure and memories every Friday from 12pm until 3pm at Nobu in Atlantis Dubai.

The selected Nobu restaurants participating at this destination brunch event are from London, Monte Carlo, Milan, Los Angeles, Malibu, Dallas, Mexico City, Miami, New York, Marbella, Moscow, Cape Town and Tokyo.

The unique Friday brunch experience features decadently delicious signature dishes that Nobu’s global team of head chefs create in their respective cities. The menu is designed in the form of a Passport, which shows off Nobu’s signature dishes from all around the world. Upon arrival, all diners receive a Nobu Passport that allows them to collect stamps for every visit in exchange for rewards such as a complimentary non-alcoholic brunch, a bottle of bubbles and a book by Nobu Matsuhisa himself.

Diners can expect to savour signature dishes like Chilean Seabass Yuzu Butter Tofu and Shiitake Gyoza with Jalapeño Dressing from Nobu Dubai; Black Cod Yuzu Miso Eggplant Miso Rock Shrimp Tempura with Creamy Spicy or Butter Ponzu Sauce from Nobu West Hollywood; and Nobu Style Full English Shoreditch Short Rib and Egg Yogurt and Mango with Chia Seeds from Nobu London.

Looking over Nobu’s worldwide brunch experience is the elegant Nobu bar’s full-service signature beverage experience, which is certain to leave guests in high spirits with a team of Nobu’s finest mixologists serving a selection of bubbles, premium spirits and perfectly concocted cocktails, such as Mia Margarita and the Fizz Friday.
