What a great time of the year it is, especially with the sweltering summer coming to an end and the second edition of the biggest month-long epicurean celebration – Atlantis Culinary Month underway here in Atlantis, The Palm. Over the past few days, the luxury resort on the Palm has hosted a series of exciting culinary events, including exclusive four hands dinners with Michelin-starred chefs taking over their respective restaurants’ kitchens, celebrity chef cooking masterclasses and workshops, and brand new menu launches, offering an experience for anyone who enjoys gourmet pleasures!

Enjoy an Indulgent Evening at Ossiano’s Special Caviar Experience Event
Caviar takes centre stage at the best romantic restaurant in Dubai for the ultimate indulgence on Saturday, 13 October. The Caviar Experience event will give you a taste of the most luxurious selection of pure and unprocessed pearls that burst with flavour on the palate and leave you with an appreciation of what an excellent quality caviar really is. Ossiano will be serving an exclusive 6-course caviar menu, comprising of five dishes with five different types of caviar each carefully selected from across the globe by Chef Grégoire. Dishes include Kristal Caviar and Gillardeau oysters, Beluga Caviar with Plankton Blanc and White Sturgeon Caviar with Milk Foam for dessert. The Caviar Experience event will celebrate live lounge music into the evening with performances from much-loved Salha and Joel of The Million Dollar Band, with contemporary and classic hits to liven up the restaurant for the evening.

Exclusive Four Hands Dinner: Chef Raymond Wong & Reuben Riffel at Seafire Steakhouse
Seafire Steakhouse diners will see a delicious Four Hands Dinner collaboration between award-winning South African celebrity chef of One & Only Hotel in Cape Town, cookbook author and former MasterChef SA judge, Reuben Riffel and Seafire Steakhouse & Bar’s Chef de Cuisine Chef Raymond Wong on Thursday 18 October and Friday 19 October. Tuck into the finest steaks and polish off with the best South African wines in an electric atmosphere at Seafire Steakhouse. Over two days there will an interactive Semi Buffet Dinner with grill items, including traditional South African Braai BBQ dishes, by Chef Raymond followed by a special 6-course set menu by Chef Reuben and Chef Raymond with South African wine pairing.

Savour ‘East Meets West’ Four Hands Dinner: Ossiano’s Chef Grégoire and Tresind’s Chef Himanchu Saini
What do you get when you combine the culinary creativity of two talented chefs in the most sough-after romantic restaurants in Dubai? A Truly new ‘East Meets West’ concept of dining in elegance. The creative collaboration between Ossiano’s Chef Grégoire and Carnival by Tresind’s Chef Himanchu Saini, will these culinary heavyweights combine Indian Cuisine and fine seafood dishes to create exquisite complex flavours. The Four Hands Dinner event will be held between Friday, 19 October and Saturday, 20 October, and will serve you a unique 11-course menu starting from AED 950.
