Savour Sicilian inspired vegan dishes from Giorgio Locatelli’s farm at Ronda Locatelli
The art of turning plain dough and cheese into a gustatory masterpiece is made possible through the judicious use of the tastiest & freshly sourced Sicilian ingredients at Dubai’s favourite Italian restaurant. Get a true taste of Dubai’s best vegan dishes made from freshly sourced vegetables and fruits from Giorgio Locatelli’s Sicilian farm with the sumptuous three-course set menu at Ronda Locatelli. The experience begins with starters such as baby spinach salad with pomegranate dressing, baked aubergine cake with vegan parmesan cheese for mains and a vegan chocolate sphere with coconut ice cream for dessert.

Exclusive Four Hands Dinner: Ossiano’s Gregoire Berger and Michelin starred chef Jean-Francois Piege of Le Grand Restaurant in Paris
Diners will get to see a delicious ‘Four Hands Dinner’ collaboration between chef Jean-Francois Piege of one of the most popular gourmet restaurants in Paris, Le Grand Restaurant, which has two Michelin stars to its name and Ossiano’s Chef de Cuisine Chef Raymond Wong on 7th & 8th of November at Ossiano.
As a culinary mastermind in French cuisine, this will be Chef Piege’s first visit to Dubai, giving a few lucky diners a very special chance to indulge in a distinct nine-course dinner hosted by two of the most important creative chefs of recent years. The nine courses of delightful abundance will have you discover the flavours of French gastronomy’s sweet spot for yourself and will include a selection of canapés from ‘Le Grand Restaurant’, Chef Berger’s signature floating island, Scottish scallops in a seaweed crust, blue lobster cooked in fig leaves, and signature desserts from both award-winning chefs. The night is made complete with world-class entertainment from Clarita DeQuiroz on the piano.

Savour the Finest Italian Delicacies with A Four Hands Dinner: Michelin-starred Chef Giorgio Locatelli and Winner of MasterChef Italia Valeria Raciti
For two nights only, diners will have the opportunity to feast on a delicious dinner hosted by Michelin- starred chef and MasterChef Italia judge, Giorgio Locatelli and the winner of the MasterChef Italia 2019, Chef Valeria Raciti. The uniquely prepared five-course dinner at Ronda Locatelli will offer the finest Italian delicacies including deep fried calzone with anchovies, pot roasted octopus, beef tartare with egg and white truffle and the sinfully rich traditional chocolate and amaretti pudding, bonet Piemontese. Guests will also have the opportunity to receive signed autographs from the celebrity chefs themselves.

The creative collaboration between Seafire’s Chef de Cuisine, Raymond Wong, and Australian celebrity chef and BBQ expert, Ben O’Donoghue, will see these culinary heavyweights create exquisite complex flavours using the very best Australian produce. On the 21 November, Chef O’Donoghue will present a selection of flaming dishes from his best-selling compendium of the same name and classic barbecue recipes with a special twist from Chef Raymond. On UAE National Day, Nobu Matsuhisa will be in town to present an exclusive eight-course White Truffle Menu, created with Nobu Dubai’s Chef de Cuisine, Damien Duviau.
