Exclusive Four Hands Dinner: Seafire Steakhouse’s Chef Raymond Wong & Australian Celebrity Chef Ben O’Donoghue
The highly anticipated culinary collaboration will see Seafire’s Chef De Cuisine, Raymond Wong host Australian celebrity chef and BBQ expert, Ben O’Donoghue for two exclusive Four Hands Dinners on the 21 November and 22 November from 6:30pm to 10:30pm. This special dinner will welcome diners to sample Chef Raymond’s take on barbecue dishes from Ben’s bestselling cookbook, and serve a specially curated six-course ‘Valley to the Palm’ menu celebrating the best of meaty delicacies, in addition to pairing the special dinner with a fine selection of Australian grape for guests.
Day 1: Chef Raymond’s take on barbecue dishes from Ben’s bestselling cookbook
The first day of the special dinner will have diners savour a fine canape selection with smoked brisket and delicious seabass ceviche, followed by a BBQ rosemary slipper lobster and a sensational Rangers barbecue experience platter for the mains. Topping off the experience will be an irresistible coconut and mango sago dessert. As the culmination to an amazing dinner, Seafire’s well-stocked cellar will also offer guests a great end to their dining experience with the most contemporary of cocktails along with a carefully selected collection of classic Australian grape.
Day 2: Specially curated six-course ‘Valley to the Palm’ menu
The second and final day of the special dinner will let diners enjoy a six-course spread featuring the freshest of home-grown Australian produce. The evening will begin with the signature rosemary brioche and vegemite burgers, alongside a unique Australian canape selection. For the main course, dishes will include a duo of tostadas with brisket, panko crumbed sea bass and shrimp thermidor with an option of ancho or coffee spiced brisket. The six-course set menu concludes with a classic hazelnut chocolate cremeaux to end the evening on a sweet note.
