Safari of A Different Kind in Shark Attack

Beginning 13 metres up the Ziggurat of Aquaventure Waterpark, Shark Attack lets you experience a safari of a different safari. Step into a one- or two-person inner tube into the heart of the Tower of Neptune’s mysterious core, before emerging through an underwater lagoon filled with sharks. The fibre glass allows you to enjoy 360-degree view of shark-filled lagoon.

Heart-Thumping Ride on Poseidon’s Revenge

This is one of the most frightening waterslides in the Middle East; designed in a similar fashion as the Tower of Neptune’s Leap of Faith, but much more intense. Feel your pulse pounding and your adrenaline go into overdrive, as you enter a chamber or capsule that is quite different from a standard slide entrance, with trapdoors. The floor moves from beneath you, plummeting you 31 metres down through the loops of the 116-metre water slide at a speed of 60 km/h before being propelled upside down in the ride.

Soar High Above Atlantis on Atlantean Flyer

Experience the thrill of sky-diving and hang-gliding on the longest zip-line in the Middle East while you zip by gravity from a high waterslide tower, enjoying breathtaking views over Dubai and the tropical waterscape of Atlantis resort. The zipline ride, which stretches 65-feet above the Aquaventure Waterpark, Flyer is the world’s first zip line integrated into a waterslide tower. The magnetic braking system of the zipline is able to bring riders from top speeds of 15 km/h to a standstill in seconds, and it takes just one minute to travel end to end.

Brave the Waves and Thrills of The Rapids

The Rapids is a 1.6-kilometre river adventure ride with gushing rapids that send you twisting and spinning through raging torrents with thrills around every turn to deliver an adrenaline rush! It is the longest waterpark river in the Middle East and the only river that has multiple level rapids. A variety of large pools with spacious sun decks are available along the Rapids, allowing guests to easily dip-in and out of the water at their leisure around the tropical waterscape of the waterpark.

Interesting Trivia: 15 million litres of fresh water are used to propel inner-tube riders through the high intensity rapids, wave surges and waterfalls.

Slide and Splash on Aquaconda

Wanna go on a 6-seater raft adventure with your family? At 210 metres length and 25 metres height, Aquaconda is the world’s largest six-person waterslide tube. This serpentine waterslide ride takes you by surprise as you twist and turn through its winding curves with intense vertical banking to 4.6 metres. Its tight corners and 9.2-metre-wide section that sends riders flying up the sides on two AquaTubes at staggering speeds of up to 35 km/h.

Set for A Serpentine Spin on Slitherines

Slitherine is the first dual waterslide (a suspended waterslide within a waterslide) where you can slide through a wild frenzy of twist and turns around Aquaconda. At 31 metres height and 182 metres length, the twin racing tube rides feature fibre glass tubes that are partially transparent allowing you to race your friends and family as there are timers at the end of the waterslides that tell you how fast you were and capture the fastest times.

Defy Gravity on Zoomerango

Feel gravity like no other rides on Zoomerango. Experience a mix of sensations – from mega drop plummets to vertical zooms that create a sense of weightlessness for a short second at the peak – as you slide up and down the 25-metre high and 156-metre long giant six-person slide. This mega water raft adventure is the most popular ride at Poseidon Tower and offers a thrilling, adrenaline-pumping experience.

Take Family Fun to A Splashtastic Level at Splashers

The ultimate children’s area replete with interactive water play for kids of all ages, from toddlers to teens, and even adventurous parents. Splashers features eight slides, two of which are twin slides. The big bucket in Splashers pours a massive 1,400 litres of water on the heads of children in the pool from its tipping bucket and features many interactive play features, taking family fun to a splashtastic level.

Coast Down the Waterscape of Atlantis on The Torrent

The Torrent River is a signature attraction that can only be experienced at Aquaventure Waterpark and features a tidal wave river of 700 metres. You will be able to float along with the tidal waves as the wave generator stimulates a wave surge capable of creating swells that can reach over 1 metre high at over 94,000 litres per minute, throwing and steering you in your inner tubes along the course of the river on the wave crests.
