Tour de Vin at Rostang takes guests on a gastronomic journey every Thursday to the renowned wine regions of France, at the same time celebrating French culture and the French art of living – L’Art de Vivre. Guests can enjoy the finest wines from regions throughout France including Champagne, Alsace, Loire, Burgundy, Bordeaux, Rhone, South West, Languedoc-Roussillon and Provence.
Traditional specialties from the buffet include regional favourites such as, the raw bar station, offering a variety of seafood delights including smoked salmon rillette, crab tourteaux, oyster fine de claires, lobster and much more. A selection of pork delicatessen is available with signature delights such as Pork Rillettes, Pierre orteiza ham from Bayonne, Rosette de Lyon (sliced dried sausage) and walnut and hazelnut saucisson. A collection of the finest French cheese is one of Tour de Vin’s highlights that include Brie de Meaux, Blue veined cheese, Camembert, Beaufort, Charolais, Epoisses, Langres, Munster and Pont L’eveque.
The buffet is paired with wines from the country’s finest vineyards. The Tour de Vin experience is priced at AED 195 per person for food only and AED 295 per person with food and wine, on Champagne Thursdays, AED 295 per person for food only and AED 495 per person with food and Mumm Cordon Rouge.
Rostang, The French Brasserie offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner in a traditional style French brasserie. Menu items include the delectable signature ‘Pate en Croute’ and a lavish selection of oysters, prawns, mussels, crab claws and fish on display in the raw bar adjacent to the kitchen and wine display. A traditional French patisserie serves fresh home-baked pastries and breads with coffee and warm baguettes and other speciality sandwiches throughout the day and weekly events including Tour de Vin and Moules Frites.
