As we welcomed back our residents and guests at Aquaventure Waterpark on Thursday, 18^th June, we want you to know that we exceed the safety and health standards set by Dubai Health Authority (DHA) to safeguard yourself and others from COVID-19 infection. We have implemented additional improvements to the already existing stringent health and safety procedures to ensure your safety, but above all to ensure you have fun in a clean and safe environment.

To ensure you have the best experience possible at Aquaventure Waterpark, we have implemented some proactive health and safety precautions including:

• Thermal cameras installed at all entry points across the waterpark to monitor guests with temperatures 38°C or above.
• Easy access to hand sanitization facilities positioned throughout the water park
• The water park capacity is managed to maintain appropriate social distancing
• Social distancing signage across the water park
• Frequent sanitization of common-use surfaces and high-touch areas
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) worn by staff and encouraged by all guests in public areas
• A dedicated “Clean Team” positioned around the water park
• Operating hours changed to 9am-6pm, Wednesdays to Sundays, to give you more days to play
